What is the i5 M60 pre-order?

The pre-order secures your place in line to submit a vehicle purchase order. When we reach your place in line, you will be contacted by your selected BMW Center to configure your BMW i5 M60 and submit your purchase order. This is expected to occur as early as October 2023.

Is the pre-order deposit refundable?

Yes, your pre-order deposit is fully refundable. If you wish to cancel your pre-order, please contact your selected BMW Center and provide the Order Number received in your confirmation email.

How do I pre-order a BMW i5 M60?

You can place your pre-order in 3 easy steps:
1. Choose your BMW Center
2. Enter your contact information
3. Select your preferred method of payment and check out.
Once your deposit is placed, you will receive a confirmation email with your Order Number and your selected BMW Center will contact you after October 2023 to configure your vehicle and provide more information about delivery time.

When will I receive my BMW i5 M60?

Deliveries of the BMW i5 M60 are expected to start in October 2023. Delivery times may vary dependent on when your pre-order was placed and when your vehicle has been configured with your selected BMW Center. Your configuration, trim and option selections will influence the delivery time of your vehicle, and your BMW Center will provide delivery and timing updates throughout the process.

Did my BMW i5 M60 pre-order go through?

Upon pre-ordering the BMW i5 M60, you will receive a confirmation email with your Order Number. If you don’t receive an email, please contact your BMW Center.

Where can I find my Order Number?

After placing your pre-order, the confirmation page will display your Order Number, which you can print for your records. You will also receive a confirmation email with your Order Number. If you don’t receive an email, please contact your BMW Center.

Can I switch my pre-order to a different BMW Center?

If you wish to move your pre-order to a different BMW Center, please cancel your original pre-order and order again from the preferred BMW Center.

Why am I receiving a failed order message?

If you received a failed order message upon placing your pre-order, please refresh the page and try again or choose a different payment method. If it is still not working, please contact your BMW Center for further assistance.

Can I switch my pre-order to a different model variant after placing the pre-order and paying the deposit?

No, if you change your mind about the model variant you want after placing the pre-order, you need to cancel your pre-order and place a new one for the preferred variant.
